This highly interactive workshop introduces a four-stage framework for helping individuals define where they are, envision who they want to become, and build the momentum to get there.

Participants will learn how to manage from the future—using belief, empathy, and accountability to fuel performance and transformation. With tools grounded in real-world examples and practice opportunities, this session is designed to strengthen your effectiveness as a coach, developer, and leader.
